What are we?

About us:
The Juvenile Justice Opportunity Program is a government-funded program that provides young prisoners with the important skills necessary to obtain a steady job once they have served their sentence.

What do we do?

We teach kids in Juvenile Justice facilities trades and help them attain the skills necessary to get a job. We do this through a series of classes educating them in more hands-on activities such as metal-work or carpentry. We also help them understand what is appropriate in the workspace. We teach them how to scope for occupations, handle a job interview and co-operate effectively and efficiently with co-workers. The program is intended to help them discover passions and pursue them through work.

Preparing for Jobs

we heald classes and workshop for them in prisons and provide them with resources.

Education

We have volunteers to teach the prisoners and we also have full-time teachers.

Furniture

As mentioned this campaign is all about providing young prisoners to build their skills and this helps them find a job with stable incomes.
